Not looking to murder the guy. Maybe put him on life support. If this dude comes to the OP's property, he can kill him. Bad suggestion, not really. And you already said something back to this. Saying something else to my statement just means its getting to you. ITs al right, you just keep acting like im wrong and we'll both hide that we know im right.

If you pepper spray this dude and hit him afterwards, you'll deserve the inevitable beating you'll receive the next time he sees you. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gifI'm not afraid of this dude, just being very cautious. I'm not looking to get myself seriously hurt. I'd rather not hit the dude with a blunt object because there is a chance I could kill him. I thought the pepper spray idea would give me enough time to get him on the ground and pound him until he gives up.
roofiestell him you wanna meet up to discuss the issue like a man, bring him into your home, offer him a stiff drink, then shoot him in the knees mafia style.
He lives in Kentucky, which does adhere to the castle doctrine, but Ky also adheres to "stand your ground". So if we are talking about deadly force here, he doesn't need to retreat to his own property. But I dont think suggesting he escalate this to a fatal encounter is very good advice either way, personally. Ignoring the obvious moral issues with drawing him to your home so you can shoot him, if such a plan were devised, Im no lawyer but Im confident this would change the situation to "premeditated", and shift legal liability 180 degrees. If this dude comes to the OP's property, he can kill him.
