Getting in The door of SPL!

Would two MMats Pro-Series 12" subs with a SPL 1600wtt(740rms) amp be a good start to getting in the comp of SPL? Which box would be better coming out of the trunk with the back seat dropped dowm? I am also considering two MMat Pro-Cast or one MMat Jug. 12's that is.

Yes it would. You would be in Street 1-2 like myself, and you would probably be competitive.

What type box would you recommend? I have a four door car 98' Intrigue(OLDs) so I know I'm going to need some juice to get the sound out.

Use all of the trunk and/or the back seat...kind of what like BBM did.

Dunno...either SQ or SPL setup...cant decide...or SQL...that would always work - since the sub does well at both SQ and SPL...

yeah as big as you can fit. i plan on building the biggest box i can up to my window line and not over my seat so i can still run stock 150-300watt class. as of now i plan on a pair of 3515's unless i can sell them then i want a pair of e12a's.
