Yup brought home my copy of the national electrical code today and im going to write up a list of electrical violations that are on the property and demand that they be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. You probably don't want your mom renting to bigdick I heard he likes to leave broken down cars in the driveway and then get irritated when the landlord tows it and looks for ways to make their lives miserable.
Im a bored out of work electrician what else am i gunna do I got 5 more weeks until i go back to work. But honestly those electrical problems i posted could cause serious harm to someone if they arnt addressed soon. A lot of the boxs that are falling off are where many people park their cars any day now someone could run their car into one of those boxs that are hanging and their could be an explosion. As for the truck I have a friend who really wants it so i told him if he paid the fees for it he could have it. Im not going to pay a monthly fee to store a truck worth $1000 again i figured a non op registration in my personal space would be good enough turns out i was wrong.Well kids, lesson learned will be had here.
Bigrick, just go pay the fine and get your truck back, register it, inflate the tires and if you don't plan to drive it anytime soon, go put it in storage. Really is the simple.
Or move to Ohio, as we don't give a shit! Hell there are 3 cars with flat tires and broke down for varios reasons by this one guy in our complex and been there for years now, LOL!
Honestly thought about calling about it, but fawk it! My landlord is a dick too, but most are. I say honestly, try to find a house to buy........if not and want to stay, **** it up I guess. I think you are taking it way out of context with going to get a copy of the electrical codes to try and get them.
I spoke with them about the towing and i said very politely that i thought the issue could have been handled better on their part. I said i felt had they brought the situation directly to my attention by means of a written letter, phone call or posted note on my door i would have been willing to resolve the issue to avoid any fees and keep a good relationship with the staff. They said well make sure and bring your concerns to the attention of the head of management but we are really sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully ill have time tomorrow to present them with the documents i have but i am keeping a copy for myself of coarse. If nothing else if they refuse to fix the issues i can move without notice and cost them at least 1 months worth of rent because they were forcing me to live in inhabitable conditions. I was quite surprised to learn how loosely the word inhabitable is used when referring to renter/leaser laws.I say you present your landlord with all of your concerns... and before handing them over (asking them to be addressed) you ask if they simply pick up the tow/lot fee for the truck, that you will throw away the problems that need to be addressed....
Im sure you can think of a way to word it better
Eye for an eye
I am sure you just would happen to go take pictures of the complex because you are a concerned renter and feel your life is in jeapordy. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gifIm a bored out of work electrician what else am i gunna do I got 5 more weeks until i go back to work. Great one.CA.com doesn't really have any jurisdiction in this case, try Judge Judy.
