I have lived at my current address for about 9 months now. The property is a decent size apartment complex and while it has its issues i up to this point have chose to ignore them for the sake of getting along with the property management. Today however they have crossed the line and it is now my mission to make them suffer as much as possible by either having them fined for unsafe conditions on the property or other means that end up costing them time and money. You see i had an old 65 f100 and the tires on the truck went flat and my starter went out 3 months ago so i havnt bothered to air up the tires because i needed to replace the started to drive it plus i have other vehicles i can drive. All the tires needed were a little air they have a very slow leak but today the property management came out and put a notice on the vehicle at 2:00pm the noticed stated that they either wanted the vehicle fixed or moved. I never saw the notice they put it on the truck and it later was found on the ground. at 4:00pm today they had the trucked towed. I went to speak with the property management about the issue but they said the manager wasnt in and i could talk to them about it tomorrow. I asked if they could then stop the vehicle from being towed and we could wait until tomorrow to discuss the issue since nothing could be done today long story short they basically told me to fu
first we have a laundry facility that has 6 washers and 6 dryers about half of the washers and dryers actually work. Others like this one in the vid make you pay 3-4 times the normal amount to actually get your cloths dry. PLus this one screaches and many tennats have brought it to the attention of the property management.

Sorry this is so long but im on a mission now I want them to hate life. Ive compiled an extensive list of unsafe and uninhabitable conditions. The question now is what to do with the information. What can i do that will legaly cause the most pain and suffering to the property management?

Cliffs: Property management wrongfully towed my truck and im out to make them hate life based upon the conditions i have pictures and video of.

You realize they can make YOU hate life much more and much easier than you can make them hate life.

You can't win.

Your truck was not illegally towed. You and everyone else knows if you leave a truck and let it look abandoned it's going to be towed. You failed for not keeping the tires inflated.

No they cant renters have way more right than land lords. As along as my rent comes in on time and im not trashing my apartment they cant do anything more to me. Even if they somehow tried to evict me i renters have squatting rights. As for the tow even CHP gives you 72 notice to move a vehicle if they believe its been abandoned. They cant legally give me a 2 hour notice and then have my vehicle towed. Im pretty sure there are requirements as to giving proper notification i mean my apartment is only 50ft away from where the truck is parked they could have given me the notice it was parked in my designated parking spot.

i dont know about ca law but here in fla you would have 1 option move
I do have the option of moving without telling them becasue the property has issues that make the habitability questionable. But really im not planning on moving until i purchase a house i could care less if i live here and they hate me im not planning on leaving until its into a home i own. Then if issues arnt resolved ill move and not tell them.

when you find out who towed your truck go find the property management's car and flatten the tires. then call the tow yard up pretending to be the property management and say "yea we have another vehicle that needs towed, come get it right away". owned. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
