so i have a 4 channel amp that is powering my 2 sets of components......its rated 150 x4 @ 4 ohms....so i assume since i have one speaker/tweeter connected to each channel that is what it's running in. SO therefore i am looking for ~49v correct?

Now do i need to disconnect all speakers when setting the gain with my 1 Khz tone?....or just one so i can out my DMM into the + & - ?

Also, for my orion 2500d running @ 1 ohm (2500 watts)....i am looking for 50v correct? ........and should i use a 50Hz test tone or 45?.....i have seen both in different tutorials

thanx for the help

How many gain controls do you have on the 4 channel amp? And as for the orion, that is correct, and use either one, i personally used a 45, but i dont think it makes much of a difference.
