Gain-HU settings?

I am about to set my gains for the sub and the components but here is the thing..

I have a Pioneer P88RS hu,which is the reference line, and it has so so many functions..

I dont know how to set it when setting the gains? I know that the EQ should be FLAT,loud is OFF,SUB is ON but there are so many more options..

Time aligment, hpf and lpf that cant be turned off, something called the ASL sensor, that something called BBS, and much more.. Not to speak about the 3 way network and sound cut off and i dont know what lol..

What should i do when setting the gains?

HPF and LPF cant be turned off,i can only set the filters from 80-200 i think.

I just realised that i have a RESET AUDIO options, that resets everything to default. Should i use this option when setting gains,or should i go with the HPF LPF and some other stuff =P ?

Pioneer internal amp is clipping at 61-62,but i am going active,so the internal amp will be OFF. Gonna set it on vol. 59

So if i want to set my HPF and LPF both at 80hz,i set them like that and than set the gains.. Got it.

Anything else with the HU i should know about before setting the gains? =)
