fuses on amp fry everytime

this is what im not sure about any ways to check?
take the power wire off the battery and the amp, and use a multimeter to check for continuity to ground, if there is, the housing on the wire is likely cut somewhere. You could hook it up without fuses and look for the smoke too, though that's not really recomended and you should have a fire extinguisher handy.
