Fuse under hood!!

ok cool..then i will make sure i put a 100A fuse under my hood..and at distro block go according to fuse ratings for each amp..like 60A fuse for my 60A fuse rating amp....and 40A like wise..thanks

Is it possible with my 4 channel to wire the 4 channel to my 4 doors like normal and my dash speakers to my HU..will that be no problem??...cause i dont wanna fry the amp and bridge the front channels with the front doors and dash on the front channels...my dash is 20rms and my HU is 22 rms..that sound alright...my doors are 40rms and my amp is 25x4 @4 ohm..i think its 1 ohm stable not sure..thanks

Ah! I never realized that gain was in relation to INPUT power and not OUTPUT power in all this time. Thanks for the clarification!

90. 2 gauge handles like 250A or somewhere in that neighborhood. 90 should be fine.

Cool. Would it matter what size fuse I use, since the amp is already fused?

it never really hurts to fuse before the amp anyways.

never hurts to have that second degree of protection. better safe than sorry. also, the fuses are to protect the WIRE and not the amps.
