Fuse size

Hello i am just wondering what fuse size i should use inbetween battery and amp. and my battery and alternator. The alternator is 300a. The amp is a MA Audio HK4000d. thanks in advance. Plan on using 1/0 wire for big 3.

300 amp should be fine. Supposed to fuse for the wire.

I assume you're using 1/0 wire going from your battery to amp? You told us everything about your electrical system except what we need to know, haha.

If so, then he ^ is right. And put the fuse between 6 an 18" from your battery.
