this is what i was planning on doing until i get 2 more fuses and please somebody correct me if im wrong

+ from starter batt to + rear batt

- from start batt to - rear batt (thats all 0 gauge)

then + from rear batt with 0 gauge wire, fuse holder, and fuse to my sub amp

then + from rear batt with 4 gauge wire with 4 gauge fuse holder to my front stage speaker amp

that means there will be no fuse under the hood and no fuse b/w batts at the moment

would that be ok until i get 2 more fuses to put b/w the two batts???

I sell fuses for $1 a piece.. so why wait?
well the reason why im asking is because i ripped all my interior out yesterday and i just bought the second batt tonight and i only have 1 0 gauge anl fuse at the moment b/c i have some second skin coming to me this friday and was planning on hooking everything back up this weekend and wont be able to get 2 more anl fuses uintil this coming tuseday

does this mean an amp is fused??

"Built-in system diagnostics offer protection of DC, Speaker short, terminal, and overload"

Its fine.. i run 5 batts, and one under the hood , 2 amps not a single fuse... it would save you some wire and be easier to just ground our back batt to the car rather then run neg all the way to batt under hood.. but ya you will be fine.. just make sure its not rubbing hard on anything sharp and its not a problem

Dude, in my time i have seem some stupid things and running amps with out fuses is stupid. Im not trying to be a jurk its just waiting to be a problem, like a fire problem. I would fuse or use a circuit breaker from the + from the cold start battery under the hood as well as any power wire you will add to any power sorce, i.e the 2nd batt to the amps. fuse everything ALWAYS!!! the true purpose of a fuse is NOT to protect the amps or subs it to prevent FIRE!!

better safe then sorry, an anl fuse can cost a few bucks but a car fire will ruin your life for a while! ins doesnt pay out for a burnt down car from being cheep. just some advise.

It would be cheaper, it might be easier to find a place to mount it, and you would have a ton of options if you just do two, 3 slot fuse holders...

My bad, yes, I read them each as having two 4ohm coils. The JBL diagram left a bit to be desired, IMO. ;) And a double yes, thought U was talking...

I plan on getting the fuse to run as a front sub/midbass in my kick panels...I've heard they sound good but you definitely wont get mirror shaking...
