Fuse question

When selecting fuses do you use the rated power of what you are using or the overall rated power of the amp. Example: Rater power at 1 ohm is 2500 RMS and at 2ohm it is 1250 RMS. My setup will be at 2 ohm. Do I use the 2ohm or 1ohm Rating to select a fuse.

If you know your setup will be at 2 ohm, than why are you asking if you need to use 1 or 2 ohm?

The fuse is based on the wires suze, NOT the amp requirements, unless you're telling us that the amp has no built in fuses?
