Fuse problem?

I will be blasting my music for a while an than my amp cuts off. I check everything out on my amp and it's fine but, then I see if there is power in the lines by touch the pos and neg wires. There was no spark so I look at my fuse and it has a weird mark on part of the metal but is not broken. What the hell is goin on my prior fuse these are stinger maxi fuses had a bubble look on part of the metal. My fuse is 100a and my amp puts out 1200rms and then some. Is this the issue or what is going on.

ok update there were multiple things happening here that somehow went unnoticed. The bass knob I got broke and was actually cut at the control part of it unplugged and threw it in the trash. Number two the gain slightly was off of setting. Three and the cause of this problem my crimp terminal was extremely loose and made a sparking sound when tugged on. I went and tightened it up as well as I could and what do you know everything works now. But a new problem has emerged it seems that my amp turns off after my headunit now and makes a pop sound when I turn off the car. I really don't want to put some sort of relay on my headunit so I hope it is ok for it to do this.
