fuse holder 80 amp?

hey, I was wondering if a 80 amp fuse would hold up a hifonics bxi1606d pushing 2 ssa icons.

Where would you recommend me to buy a new fuse holder if I were to upgrade to 120-150?

you don't need a new fuse holder. But i would suggest a 100amp. fuses aren't very expensive, yet they can be a lifesaver. I'm sure somebody else could tell you a more exact number. Thats just my two cents.

I had a local joke install my system..So far I have not had a prob with an 80A fuse, but I am with Tehgregzor, definately go with at least the 100A..I am looking for one myself. I figure I am running 1250 total watts rms, but I am considering adding more speakers, therefore pulling more from my system. a 1606 has 2 80amp fuses in it....fuse the wire higher than 80
