what size wire is it?you might beable to get a new fuse holder for cheap..

I use circuit breakers personally..

I would upgrade to bigger wire and bigger fuse and you shouldn't have any more problems.

I designed a basic enclosure for him and have been doing my best to help him out..when I'm actually online anyway.

Have you checked over all the wire connections? Perhaps there is an issue there as well.

that amp may draw upwards of 160 amps at full load.

I'd say upgrade ur whole wiring kit and get a 150 amp fuse..
