Fuse And Battery Clamp

Hey, I was wondering what is a good place to get a ANL fuse holder and fuses up to 250 amps? I was looking on cardomain and the cheapest 1/0 to 1/0 they have is 55 bucks and it has 2 inputs and outputs and I only need one. I was also wondering where I can find some battery terminals that will accept 2 1/0 guage wires and the stock wires, the biggest I can find has just 2 1/0 guage connections. I tried searching, but just couldnt find what I was lookin for, so don't flame me for that. Thanks.

as for the battery terminal, can you just use something with a bolt that will allow you to attach whatever terminals you need?

Well thank you guys for all the help. One question though, on that open end ANL holder does that have a bolt i can connect a ring terminal to?
