I work @ Fedex. Doing 1000 packages an hour is kinda tough

Wow. I would be pissed. I am not sure how my packages are handled but i know my delivery guy always stacks the boxes nicely on the porch and knocks for us to hear him.

when shipping subs, I always want pics of the sub before it leaves and Fragile, Heavy, and label which side is up. That way if a box shows up on my or the buyers doorstep damaged or SIDEWAYS, I have a much better chance of getting my insurance money back.

Then there is the NO NEWSPAPER OR PEANUTS issue. Newspaper 'packing' will void the claim as the shipping companies have packing guidelines listed.
