funny talk with ups guy

This, cause it wasnt. Horrible packaging. 37lbs in a cardboard box with packing peanuts? Wowzerz.
it could have made it here fine if ups would have acknowledged the two fragile labels on the top of the box. It did have styrofoam on the edges of the box as well...cant really make out how well it was packaged because almost all of the packaging is missing, but i am NOT putting the blame on the shipper (kharps)....its not his fault they didn't do their job!!! I am confident that the shipper packaged it just fine...

i have run a back room for some time and i have worked in shipping/rceiving for a long time. I can tell u its about the people they hire. The things i have seen it not even funny stuff gets thrown never placed. On a side note i never had a issue with ups... knocks on wood

When are you guys going to learn. Damage isn't a problem located within one specific shipping company. Its a hit or miss situation with ANY shipping company. There are so many different types of people working at shipping facilities, you never know what you'll get. One dude might have ONE bad night in a year and decide to maul ONE package that happens to be a sub. Its not predictable now and it never will be. Things are going to continue to get damaged by EVERY shipping company, switching shippers won't necessarily change your chances of your shipment being mauled by some random person having a bad day.

Also, putting a fragile label on a package doesn't mean anything. Packages are treated however the person handling them feels like treating them. This is HARDLY even regulated at all at FedEx, or UPS.

I work @ Fedex. Doing 1000 packages an hour is kinda tough
You load/scan that by yourself? If so, thats awesome... props.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I work at UPS now... their hourly goal for loaders is 350...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif Weak!

This is what the box looked like that my Arc KS300.4 came in. Looks like they hit it with a baeball bat and then sat on the box.

Tis a gamble.....................I have yet to have anything end up damaged........knock on wood!

All shipping companies do this ish, not just UPS.

Maybe I get the ones that care about their job, I don't know. I really probably just jinxed the hell out of myself! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
