looks like only the cd5000 has them ;( That really sucks ***..and i really dont like the new naming either...i like the 8000 series having 8volts!

That's the Normal Mode. The Pro Mode will have 11 bands: http://forums.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?t=135289&page=2

And Chris @ Eclipse told me there was no longer a Pro mode.

According to my spec sheets its not listed either.

The pics scanned in from the 06 catalog state dual secruity with ESN and detachable face.

Not on the CD1000 though.

And Chris @ Eclipse told me there was no longer a Pro mode.According to my spec sheets its not listed either.

It just has 2 modes i believe...4speakers + sub mode in which you have the 7 band total, and 3way mode in which the active control/Pro Mode type of processing kicks in with the 11 band...

They probably did this because in the older decks people would lose the quick non fader access once entering pro mode.
