no harm no foul. lay off, vultures.

I would not say that. I will not do business with Zach ever again and I suggest nobody else does either.

I paid for the item January 24th.

I was told it would ship that Monday.

Then I get a PM telling me he is offshore on a oil rig and he will be home in 2 weeks.

2 weeks? He still according to him is not home. All the while I get almost no communication from him.

Once I do get in touch with him which was 3 weeks after I sent the money he tells me he will ship it Monday. This was thursday when he told me this.

So I wait the weekend. The item did not ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wed.

So we have been exchanging some PMs and he is trying to reassure me (Felt like feeding me lies)

All while my waiting I pulled up information on him, his parents, their house number, his parents names and so on and also have filed a Paypal Dispute.

I called on February 18th and he sounded a bit nervous and did not expect it.

We talk and he says he sent it out on THAT day but sent it USPS Parcel post which has no tracking info as you know. This pissed me off as well.

I informed him that if I did not get my money or my item I would in fact have a warrant of indebtedness served on him as I had contacted a detective in the area.

The last thing I wanted to do was prosecute Zach but if I had to I was going to pursue full prosecution. I also paid with my CC via paypal so that would have been CC fraud.

So I hang up and give him the benefit of the doubt since I have a paypal claim in.

So he PMs me and says the unit should be here Tuesday. He then changes his story and says Wednesday. So Wednesday the USPS truck comes to my house. They drop off a letter/envelope I must sign for.

The letter/envelope says 17.50$ for postage and it was sent on Monday. I look inside and it is a money order from Zach.

Am I glad I got my money back? Yes. Do I feel I only got it back because of the fact that I took a very very aggressive stand in finding his info and his parents as well? Yes I do. I feel that had I not pursued it as aggressively as I did I would be without a penny and the HU.

I wanted the Pioneer Premier 800PRS. I paid in full and had plans for it. Instead? I settled for a 880PRS and am waiting a month and a half to install my active set up instead of already being done as I should be.

So now you folks know the story and can make your own judgement.

not exactly how it went down im not a lier and everything i told you was true ..you got your money back because I got the cd player back moday after i sent it the week prior the same day i talked to you . That was not a lie i did send the cdplayer but wrote my zip code not yours . my bad . You "finding" my info and "traking" me down had no influence on me giving you a refund I would have gave you any info you asked for including my phone number .. YOU NEVER ASKED just assumed i was some kind of a scammer "tracked" me down and thought you had to make threats of prosecution and so on ... once again that had no influence on me giving you a refund ... it was the simple fact that for one you distrusted me so much by monday when the cd player was returned you would automaticly mark it as a lie if i told you so i was ready to be done with the deal i decided to express you a refund ... on monday to be there tuesday but they said it would be wed... thats why i told you tues then wed on monday...

Also im not going to negelt to metion i am now out of a total of $526 just on this deal ... The money he sent is still tied up in the claim which he is still presuing according to paypal today when i called ... after i sent him $245 refund which i am proving to paypal ... .. ..

U shouldnt have fu4ked up, u had to have known that you where going to be gone for 2weeks prior to selling the HU...U dont no how to write down zip codes..U got your shipping dates mixed up...Its your fault ur in the hole. The whole thing is ur fault....

I didnt fuck up anything,, no i didnt know i would be called out for work that was out of my control... I wrote my zip code instead of his becasue i was in such a hurry .. I dont have any dates mixed up ... The only thing that is my fault is the zip code thing ..and i solved that very respectfully by sending him a refund instead of telling him ( ay yo the cd player was returned ) do you really think he would belive that after waiting so long already NO /.... i sent a refund to be done with the deal you can think what you want I have nothing but good refs and positive feedback on here i have no reason to lie i make good money so i have no reason to steal .. I didnt put a hold on any money like he did, and still expect something in return .. he got his money back i should get my money /

edit: yes i took took way longer that i should have to send part of which was out of my control yes he should have got product not refund ..i admit that and have apologized to him for that i cant help he cant accept an apology,and thinks im someone who im really not ... i am a stand up guy anyone i have dealt with will tell you that this was just a fuked up deal .. i refunded the money he sent including the paypal fees which i ate i think i deserve to have my balance retored on paypal .

btw, it sounds like it didnt sell. if thats the case, you wouldnt happen to have the remote to the unit would you? if so wanna sell it for the cheap?
