Still waiting for the item to be shipped after paying 3 weeks ago. I understood the 2 week wait but it has now been over 3.

Looking like it. He keeps making empty promises. I've already got a PP claim open. He has positive feedback in the forums from what I see and have searched.

As I told him I will if I must pursue legal action in his state and there is a individual on here that has met and traded with him.

Pretty much.

He basically told me he was called in unexpectedly to work on Sunday and was supposed to ship it out monday. Says it will take 2 weeks. I give him the benefit of the doubt for 2 weeks since he has all good feedback here. So then he does not contact me until I contact him. He does not contact me unless I contact him first. Now he PMs me friday saying he will ship it out this Monday. Monday comes and nothing. Tuesday? Nothing. Today? Nothing and he was on at 3:xx PM.

So now I am escalating to a claim and if I do not get my money back I will take and pursue full legal action.

i did send it last wed. but it was returned to me on monday becasue i wrote the address wrong .. Instead of telling him that and resending it i just decided to give him a refund to be done with it this transaction went on way longer than i wanted it to .. ..
