Means they're being sold as BNIB, but if you happen to get one with a manufacturer's defect, you're SOL.

I think that's me. I'll sum it all up for you real quick:

1. Great guy to deal with as far as payment/shipping, etc.

2. Amp came, perfect cosmetically. Professionally installed, lasted 30 mins.

3. Sent to DD, about $150 in total, came back. Didn't sound right, failed next day.

4. Had it repaired locally for same amount, has been running perfectly ever since.

He does have positive feedback, so I'll def be fair...you may get a deal or you may get a dud. Same as with any other "as is transaction."

Pics of actual model # would bve nice.

Can't stand people who don't remove the plastic bag and box then say that didn't want to or then it wouldn't be new, etc.

This way, people can see the amps' model #.

I included pics of serial number but i assume you meant the one on bottom of the amp. If you are interested i will unwrap and take any pic the purchaser request.

Thanks for all of the response. I am more than willing to answer any questions anyone have but maybe i should clarify somethings.

1.These amps are brand new.Since i am now longer an authorized dealer i am unable to offer any warranty.

2. If i were able to warranty them i would be asking full retail of $1000 or at least close to it not the $500 i am asking.

3.Of the 40 plus amps I have sold only 1 had defect.

4.I am willing to send whatever pics that are requested just text me (504-390-6189).But i will not power them on.

5.If you purchase an amp from anyone there is a chance of defect. That why i listed the AS IS I understand that may not be a good fit for everyone.

6. This is a great opportunity to own a outstanding amp for half price.

Again if anyone have any questions i am willing to answer them.

What's the reason behind for refusing to power on? The amp is still gonna be in new condition even if you tested it just to make sure it works.

Imo....it would prevent hassle say if someone did buy the amp and didn't turn on when installed. Yet you got proof from a pic or two that shows the green light turned on.
