ordered a speaker for my son on March 3rd. I was told this should arrive by March 7th and I would received tracking info via email. By March 6th, no such info was received so my son called and was told the original shipment was damaged and would have to be reordered and sent. I called Techronics on March 12 because we still didn't have any tracking info. I was told the order didn't get there until March 10 and would be shipped out that day. When I asked how come it was taking 2 days to ship, they couldn't answer. I was also told this speaker had been on backorder, when I questioned further the gentleman told me the speaker we ordered on March 3 had been backordered and had just come in, which made the story about the damaged one a lie, OR he was lying to me then...either way, I was lied to. It didn't take them 12 hours to debit $320.00+ out of my account, I expected the same promptness from them. This is my second (and last) dealing with this company. Our first order was a Christmas gift that I specifically made sure to ask that it would arrive by Christmas, I was assured it would...it got her 2 days after Christmas.
