Already did.
That's what I needed to know. I guess I'll have to do things the hard way.
What do guys do when they build kick pannels?
Some people port them. Some even do aperiodic membrane. I generally like to run a dedicated midbass in the door, and put a midrange in the kick to avoid the hassle and allow you to adjust the phase of your midbass independent of your midrange.

Sweet. That makes perfect sense. Unfortunately there is no nice way around deadenning the Dodge doors.

Shouldn't be that hard. I have the older style RAM (98) and it wasn't any more difficult than the average vehicle imo.
The doors need to be deadened whether they house speakers or not imo. More road noise enters the cabin through the doors than anywhere else.

Here is the equipment that I have.

HU: Alpine CDA-9884

Amp: Cadence TXA-3004

Front Stage: PG RSD 6.5cs

Rear Fill: Alpine Type-S 6x9

I want ti remove the rear fill opening up 2 channels on the amp.

I then want to keep the RSD mids for dedicated midbass duty and put something else in place of the RSD components.

I was thinking of the REVs because I have aleays heard good things about them. My other thought was to get Alpine Type-S 6.5 coax speakers because I really like the tweeter in the

6x9s. I dont know if I like the 1" or that little bastard next to the 1" though.

These are the 6x9s

Other than that I guess I could put in a new set of components. But if I am going to do that I am going to wait until I can get a nice 3-way. and do 6.5s in the doors and 4s and tweets in kicks.

Finally I want to get a PG RSD 12" sub to finish off the system. Until I get a good job. and can really get down to business on the car.

Well as stated above, I think it would be a mistake to try to run an extra set of speakers in the front. Not to mention getting your staging right with Coax's would be a major challenge. Tweeters are small and easy to place where ever you want them. I would also recomend just replacing the tweets. You won't gain anything by putting in a set of coax's in the front.
