front or back

so i will have the money to upgrade my electrical soon. i am running 1kw off of a 90A stock alt and big 3 done. i do have a 160 db alt but i have to send it back for repair. would i be better keeping the leadacid up front and adding one big or 2 deepcycles to the back or getting a big for the front and eventually putting one in back???

Edit i will be runnin 2.5kw this summer....

Summer is over Brah. I would do the biggest deep cycle you could fit in the front, as well as the rear.
