I currently own an 8 year old citroen xsara and have recently decidied to fit new speakers and a head unit in it.
I managed to fit 6.5 comp speakers with the tweeter in the front doors but i decided to use the cars original wiring as this seemed the easiest option. However when i turn up the bass at all the tweeters make a horrendous electrical crackilng noise.
The comps came with a crossover unit but i had no idea how to fit it so i left it out, i think this may be the problem but i don't know how to fit them at all.
the comps are FLI Comp 6's and the head unit is a JVC KD-G351
