Friend needs a system, $500 to work with

A friend of mine just got her car back and she wants to put a system in it. She has $500 and wants it to be "loud". The car is a Focus sedan.

I was thinking....

Basic Kenwood or Pioneer Hu

1 15" Type R in a prefab ported box

mono amp that will give the sub like 600 watts.

4 gauge wiring

We're going to Gibralter which is a huge flea market if you dont know, so I need brands that like BB or CC carry.

im not too up to date with regular radios but cant go wrong with pioneer, theres a kenwood thats better for the price but i cant remember the model

I know not to go with prefab boxes, but its not like she will be able to tell the difference between a nice custom made one or a prefab...

I doubt that where were going they have Premier's but i'll try and bargain them down as much as I can.
