Friend need help,need ur opinions

Alright he has 500 bucks to spend on subs,He wants to know the loudest subs he can get for 250 a piece(he wants two,will not settle for 1 or 4 he wants 2 )So if anyone can name some subs that get loud for 250 a pop,He says he isnt worried about sq,He has a Autotek mm2000.1 to power up the subs.
