depends on where it is. a tweeter that plays up to 25k probably not. if it goes up to 18k it can to some people. just depends on what it is

for a subwoofer, The type r goes up to 600 while the kappa ony goes to 200, does this even matter

Pay no attention to "manufacturer rated" frequency response.

#1 most of the time you don't even know how it's rated, and #2 the speakers actual response in your system will depend on your install/vehicle/etc.

And, lastly, as audiolife mentioned...you're never going to use the sub that high anyways.
