unfortunatly, I can't answer these questions for you guys, but will find out some model numbers when I can...

and for all this guy knows maybe there is a cap hidden?

and finally i never said the sub was taken 3500W, i said his system was a claimed 3500

even if there was a cap hiding somewhere it would still do very little more like do nothing

i realize that Lakota. what im saying is once the battery takes over (especially with as big of a current draw as 3500w can cause) your going to start getting voltage drops. but since the OP says hes getting no dimming what so ever i will assume hes getting no drops (or minimal). just by using deductive reasoning, its impossible to put out 3500w using 105+battery current and getting NO voltage drops (considering those are the 3 things that the OP says are happening)

I have a 105a stock alt, with a Yellow top up front. I was getting dimming when my 1000/1 would hit the deep bass notes, so I know that there is NO WAY IN HELL that this guy is running 3500 off of the stock electrical. Also, if JL has a 10" sub that can handle that type of power, I sure as hell would like to know more.
