Free air testing

I do break-ins for my subs, the only time I didn't do that I ended up folding a cone so I must have bad luck or something. I really don't think it's needed though, we wanged my friend's Solo-X to the max the first day and it was all good.

Free-air testing can let you know how much excursion your subs can do before it starts to complain and make funny noises, it is also a good way to make sure your subs are in proper working order before you screw it in the box and stuff it in the trunk.

any sub is breakable with cheap power and newbies setting gains with crappy boxs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Thanks for the feedback. It was a long shot but there will definitely be much more powerful subs in the trunk, so clearing it out isn't an option...
