found out my dad has bone cancer

I feel you man, my father died in '94 of bone cancer. hope you get through this and know that a father will never leave a child even in death, he will always do his part in your life and you will know when it happens. God bless bro. keep your chin up. and hope for the best!

I lost my father to lung cancer, him and my mother hid it from my sister and I. It was a shock when he fell terminally ill. I was nearly 18 in 2005. Right before my senior yr of HS. Flipped my life upside down not just mine my families. I advise you to bond with him as much as possible. Its hard because as Ive grown up, and I need someone to answer my questions hes not there, questions you wouldnt ask anyone else. I was lucky enough to have him as my best friend. He made me the man I am today. Be strong, life on this world may end for us. But our spirits never leave. My father may not be here physically, but he sends me signs all the time that hes here with me.

Sorry to hear that but please be positive and don't give up. My parents have both beat cancer, breast and prostate and have been cancer free for 10 years so it can be beat. Positive energy only from now on man!

my mom just pasted 6 months ago from colon cancer, so i feel ur pain man.

She got rid of it in her colon, it spread to her liver and she got ceroysis(sp) and thats what finally got her. Its better this way tho, shes not suffering nemore.

He's been in the hospital a couple of days now.. and everyday, he keeps losing more weight. He can't even move his body anymore. We just found out that he has bone cancer all over his body. Everyone is flying in to go visit him.
It's weird how just last month, he was strong, moving around... and then just one day it all goes down hill. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
I know what you man. it crazy how fast things change. I remember when my dad was diagnosed w/ pancreas(sp) cancer. Went from being a big guy down to under 100lbs in a month. Was hard to see him like that. Told him I hated seeing him like that and he told me to be strong, its a part of life.

I truly am sorry to hear about your dad. if you need to talk to someone that understands what your going through shoot me a pm.(i lost both of my parents to cancer within a year of each other)
