It was raining or had just got done raining, that is why the pic is like that..

And it was taken on some public National Forest land about 20 miles from my house.

And there is no feed around..Can't feed them on public land..Just had it in the middle of a pine thicket near a good trail.

yeah...... if he shot a rifle on That land he would be in some trouble ... although i think he is referring to Bow season .. so maybe he could have got away with it .. but it still hasnt started so he could still get in some trouble
