Forgot to put the hardener in the resin

What are you fiberglassing?

I believer your best bet would be to mix a semi hot batch up brush it on and then do a few more layers on top of it

That box, also if I do add the other layers? Will it go all the way to the bottom through 6 other layers? Either way I way I can't do it tonight... it sucks.

chances are, they wont soak it up and harden properly.

you make the call..youre either at the point of no return and need to try something like what has been suggested...or demo that shit and start over.

you could try a light spritz of hardener over the resin to get it to harden

just go squeeze from headner on it..I did yesterday when I didn't add enough. worked fine so far (but i did add another layer today...)

Alright well Ill think about this all tomorrow either way I dont have any more mats so I cant add layers til I hit up autozone. But I really appreciate the helps guys. Definatelly learned my **** lesson... Im off to bed gotta be up for work in 6 hours... Thanks once more... Ill tell yall what I decide to do tomorrow.

It was my first time fiber glassing and I just thought it would take long to dry.

dont waste the hardener.... start over..... clean up as best you can and just start over before you ruin the rest of the project...

that really sucks, i remember the first time i ever glassed i put too much hardener in and wasted a good $20 bucks worth of resin, live and learn me guess

I'd bust out a paint brush and mix up a nice combo of about 4 oz of resin and about 30 drops of hardener, then brush that on the resin real fast like

btw, if you want to save brushes you can put them in a cup of dot3 brake fluid and it won't harden, figured that one out myself by accident
