Ford f150 05- bl18, sundown, hertz, big build

Very similar to what I was going to do.
I've got an 05 SuperCrew, I think we've talked before :)

I'm doing the same thing you are, except I'm doing an RD Heavyweight 15 in a 4th order //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Seat riser kit+ two nice 12's = pretty **** loud in that truck, and still able to sit in the back semi-comfy

Kenny(he's on the forums as jack something) has an F-150 with two single spider RD Alpha 12's on an RD 1750.1 and is doing a 45.xx legal on the dash with them. Sealed, under rear seat.

Good luck. I wont be doing my build(but I'll still get pictures so I can post a semi-log) and I cant afford new components yet so stockers will have to suffice for a while //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Look forward to seeing it bossman.
Yeah im pretty stoked but i need to learn how to do the wireing because im going to try and just do everything myself to get the learning experience and so i can get better at it

cant you cover everything exept like one hole and the door handle spot?
Look at the back of one of your door panels...there are a bunch of clips that go into the door frame and then slide down to lock the door panel in place. It ***** //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

You definately need to check one and see how it goes on before you start deadening em

edit...mines an 07 but wouldn't think they'd be that different

The wiring isnt that hard man, if you're worried about it meet up with someone from the forum that has a few minutes to walk through it with you.

And you need to be able to put all of the clips back in, ideally.

It has to clip into place and stay there or it does you absolutely no good

What clips are you talking about?

heres a little vid. the back window has some nice flex and i can do a lil hair trick with only 1000 watts. wait till the 4KW gets here //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

oh im tuned at 28 hz. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

There should be plastic clips on the back of the door, or something very similar to where the door "locks" back into place. There shoudl be holes in your door where the clips slide in, and then lock down into place.

When you get a chance, take a better look at the back of your door panels, as stated.

No idea what to suggest to help cleanup the scuffs. Unfortunately I think I've changed setup in my truck more times than I have cleaned it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Hopefully the scuffs are light and the panels aren't too scratched up where its noticeable
