Thats the gig for your factory security system. Are you sure you have the two plugs in it correct (not swapped side for side)
Also does your keyfob work to lock/unlock your doors currently?

The plugs are color cordinated so I know I didn't mix the up. And my door panels arnt on so could it be that?

Honestly I do not know from here man. Might want to post over at f150online.com for some quick help. I wouldn't think the door switches not being hooked up would do anything, did you hook up the connectors under the drivers seat? Maybe its pissed about that...

Hit up that f150 forum..might have better luck over there from a ford tech or somebody that has had the same problem before

I might not have plugged the drivers seat in all the way I'll try that when I get home. If that doesn't work I'll hit up f150online.com
