I'm wondering if I will have to remove the WHOLE passenger rear panel in order to get to the factory sub and amp?

I was trying to get the trim piece that covers up the sub and amp come loose, I only managed to get like 2 clips unclipped, while the rest is staying as if it had a super glue attached lol. I am starting to crack the trim panel so I stopped..

I just dont want to take the whole rear panel off because that would mean I ll have to take the rear seat out?

what is your suggestion or advice?

btw, I have a 2004 Ford explorer with audiophile system

Thanks in advance

to get to the factory amp yes you will have to remove the whole panel idk about the sub though cause my 98 doesnt have one you will not have to take the back seats out just the panel to the side of the back seat

strange thing is that i got the headunit wired up with everything, I even hooked up the factory amp's remote wire and subwoofer RCAs and still no sound is coming out???

i got the rear panel mostly off but now i need to remove teh seatbelt bolt but gotta remove the rear seat first before I ll be able to reach to the rear seatbelt bolt..

also now the factory amp is pretty much visible.. so what should i do to bypass it? wire up everything together in matching order?
