he isnt talking about speeding, a smaller diameter will actually get you to run slower than ur spedo says. He is saying that 100 miles on a smaller diameter tire would be say 80 on ur stocker.

oh ok....

I have a 108mm centerbore diameter about 4.25" wide and aftermarket rims center holes are about 3-3.5in"....is a centric ring what i need to make them fit?

btw, they have aftermarket rims that fit the 108mm diameter but their hard to find. The adapter if thats what i need will save alot of headache.

u just need a wheel spacer, possibly just the for the front.

ok so...u put it over the hub then tighten down to your factory lugs and then use the aftermarket lugs on the spacer to tighten down onto the wheel so it has a bigger smoother surface to tighten to?

nope use the supplied lugs to bolt them on and u acorn lugs to bolt wheels as usual

ever seen a car with the rims sticking way out? too low of an offset for the vehicle. check with tire rack or discount tire direct, enter the vehicle info and there u go

yea i been doing that the whole time...ha. discount wheel says my car has med-low offset or RWD. med offset is typically +20 and low offset is typically 0? How do i apply all that?

looks like the offset for the rims listed for my car are all under 20mm...how do i tell what the offset on a pair of rims are by looking at it if i bought used?

haha...i might be...just tryna get all the knowledge i can because im going to buy used out the paper or craigslist. The people i asked about their rims really dont know much of anything about them....just...they came off a so n so car...
