I also interviewed/got offered a job at best buy. Basically the interview process is the same as best buy... they will ask you some basics. How does a relay work, how do you wire up doorlocks, ohms laws, etc... they do not require you to hire in as mecp certified but they will make you take the test once you hire in(they pay for it, and give you a bump in pay once you get certified).Thanks Noah.
