The first movie was good but nothing special. Saw this one last night and turned out to the best zombie movie I ever seen. Better than Dawn of the Dead IMo.

I really liked the first one, had a very indie feel to it. I want to go see this one, although I was nervous b/c it looks like it is more of a bigger production so I thought it would lose that indie feel to it.

Dawn of the dead sucked for starters!

28 days later was a good one. Felt a lot more like well this could happen in a sense. Trying to get my fiance to watch it as she loves zombie movies, but she is like yeah, I will get to it this week, then next week rolls around. I am more than half tempted to just go watch this by myself, lol!

With that said 28 weeks later looks really good.

I saw this movie on Friday night... Must say it is way more intense than the 1st one, and owns Land of the dead. I'd probably put it even with Dawn of the dead for zombie movies.

Recently they have seemed to be changing the definition of a zombie from slow moving stupid creatures to the capabilities of humans or greater.

The first 15 minutes are pretty intense followed by a 30 minute lull and then the final hour or so is great. It probably could have been more graphic in parts and the camera could have been more focused but all in all it was just an intense movie.

They set it up where a 3rd would be possible.

Jesus if it is even near dawn of the dead, then **** it, I am not watching it. I will just say that is in your opinion, becasue IMO Dawn and land of the dead both bored the shit out of me.
