It's actually only fair... the fact that crack is cheaper and more available to the more poor communities and has a higher penalty as compared to cocaine which is essentially the same drug without baking powder in it which costs more and is more available to the wealthy is just ******* insane... Not saying either drug is right, but possession of essentially the same substance should constitute the same sentencing
