Built this with Rome85CT for a buddy's brother. In the trunk of an old Ford Crown Vic. As you can see, mafia style trunk. 2 12" Type R's inverted in a 1.8ft^3 sealed enclosure. Powered by some crappy RF amp...

Yeah don't ask...... For some reason he did not want the carpeted panel to match his trunk liner....... He bought all the supplies and insisted that they "did not sell carpet that matched his trunk liner":eyebrow: Whatever, I just build how my customers want it to look.

Only a few tiny scrap pieces. It is good carpet! nice to work with!

I have a mercury Grand Marquis (same as the crown Vic but fancier) and the trunk is exactly like that. I have been trying to decide what to do with all that space. I now know what not to do. That said...it would look better if that top piece didn't almost touch the subs there, and if the center pc had carpet over it to match it would look better. As it is its only ok...maybe not even.

How does it sound though? and I take it your friend is happy. thats all that really matters anyway right.
