I dont believe it is, but you cant shit on people or you get in trouble...all im gonna say is its 17in so even though its not the best it still cost money for somthing that size.

I know, it probably is pretty decent, but at that size the pic quality will for sure show and I know it wont be no clarion or alpine pic.
