Flexible Wire! hahaha

its really nice being able to use flexible wire in tight spots. Under the hood of my integra, I wish I had more flexible wire. its a pain to bend it to run it from the front battery through the firewall

For real. My knu 1/0 is super flexible. When I was messing with the wires under the hood i noticed that my stock 8 gauge wires to my battery and alt are REDICULOUSLY stiff. If i had to work with that on my amp itd be a huge pain.

lol I was just looking at some old 4 gauge I have from my first install. I bought it from Lowes...shit is stiff as a board //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

we had some stuff laying around at work that was to be used for the batteries for the UPS system... I want to say it was 350mcm ( almost twice the diameter of 1/0) and the stuff was extremely flexible. some kind of locomotive cable.

^^^ tried any of their 2/0 stuff galactic?

i agree with flex wire thou. sometimes it makes the impossible possible

Rockford fosgate 2/0

Nope, only their 4/0.

Wire flexibility doesnt matter if its a couple long runs up under the car or something, but in the engine bay and looping from distro blocks to amps is where you need flexibility. When its not flexible you need one guy to hold the wire in place and another to actually hand tighten the battery terminals! Thats how my van is, all cheap wire. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
