Flac is pretty pointless unless you listen to very few songs. 30+ MB per song adds up quick. I can tell (seem to be one of the few) that can hear a difference between 320 Bit rate and Flac/equivalent, but it is barely noticeable.
And as we have pointed out, there are tons of aftermarket head units over here that support Flac...

Again highly doubt it. Unless you are listening to a several thousand dollar audiophile grade setup vs a flea market setup, you cannot tell the difference.

People are always going to disagree with me when I say that. I know that I can do it because I've done it. Ever since I was a kid I've been able to hear subtle things most other people couldn't. The differences in 320 vs Flac are very, very subtle and minute which is why 95% of people out there can't tell a difference unless they do have an audiophile grade studio. So like I said, disagree all you want.

You just won't accept the fact that some people can hear better than others can you? Give me any decent or better headphones/earbuds or DJ/PA setup or car setup. I've said it multiple times now that the differences are super subtle. Its mainly with the real high frequencies that I myself can tell a difference.

Without doing an A vs B blind test your claims hold no water. Hence, why I am inquiring about the validity of said test. If you can truly tell the difference what system was it on? Who conducted the A vs B test? What was the process for conducting the A vs B test?

Holy **** you are ******* ignorant. I don't have to do anything to prove it to you. I know what I can do and you do not. Head over to the hifi forums and you'll find that there is an alarming number of people that are just like me.

Again, I'm reiterating for the millionth time, the differences are super subtle (for me) and they're mainly on the high notes. Its not a white versus black difference for me. Maybe on an ultra high end piece of equipment it will be.

You arent any different. If you truly were so special you would be more than willing to divulge the answers to my questions.

OP dont worry about flac in a vehicle. With road noise, wind noise, and doors being a less than perfect location for a speaker you will never be able to tell a difference in a vehicle.
