Fitness Crew - Best Way to drop 10 lbs without a gym membership?

Alright, I have slowly but surely put on 10 pounds of beer belly. I'm not horribly overweight but I need to put a stop to this slovenly trend.

I'm ~6'2" 200lbs atm. I should be around 185-190. Not a perfectionist, don't care about getting cut or huge I just need to drop this excess belly fat.

What's a non-extreme diet/excersize plan to get this done? I don't want to join a gym, but I have an exercise bike and a couple 1-hand barbells between 20-35 lbs.

FYI- I have never learned shit about nutrition. I don't eat fast food all the time or anything, but I rarely think about the nutritional content of foods. Average meal in a weekday is like "2 eggs with diced tomato for breakfast, turkey and cheese sub for lunch, burger + soup for dinner". Shittier over the weekend because I'll eat out or order takeout at 3am.

Also drink several beers a night on weekdays.

Stop slamming brewski's late night and passing out or sitting around, and don't drink soda. I've been drinking green tea and Gatorade G2 for a while, no more soda and have dropped about 8 pounds in a month.

i bodybuild and have been for 2years. water only, 45min of cardio every other day (on ur bike) and the days u dont do cardio do a bodypart. ie. Monday do some bisept and chest workouts with your freeweights, Tuesday 45min bike, Wedsday some tricep and sholders, Thursday Cardio, Friday abs/back. do 3sets of 12-14 and do them as fast as you can while keeping good form and dont cheat. keep ur heart rate up and superset ( do 1set of one exercise then 1set of another and go back to the 1st one untill you have done 3 of each)

that should help

Don't drink pop, cut down on beer, don't eat chips or other shitty foods, try and keep portions reasonable, drink tons of water and put that exercise bike to use.

Shit I lost a good 8lbs by just not drinking pop.

This sounds like a solid plan. I'd probably have to cut that bike to 25-30 mins though. I sit on my *** all day and night my stamina is garbage right now.

Any links to a site that shows diagrams of "good form" for those sorts of exercises?

I'm not kidding you when I say this is the first time I ever cared about fitness of any kind. I've always been naturally fit and I'm finally hitting that mid-20s area where your body starts to be like "COME ON ******* I CANT DO THIS ALONE"
