Just get a 4 channel for your speakers, and a sub amp, run your own wires. Bypass all the blows shit. You might wanna get a external powered hard drive unless you KNOW the deck can power it. Most deck's usb power are pretty low power.

USB supports 500mA (on the deck)

western digital passport pulls 600-700 under load - so that would need external power

intel SSD x-25 pulls 250mA under load, so I guess it would have to be a solid state drive to work without power, probably read the info a lot faster too off a SSD
