First Box I've Built LOGGG..... With Pics

daaaaamn thats incredible...you can just basically draw everycut on the sheet, throw it in there, make all the vertical cuts...make all the horizontal cuts....done. You can cut out a whole box on that thing in like literally 10 minutes once you get the hang of it I bet.

BooooooooooooooooOOO!!!!.

Well after all this hard work, I get it up and running....its a 15" XXX for those of you that jumped ahead in the thread...Dual 2 ohm sub wired in parallel to an Autotek Stealth 1600.1 which is SUPPOSED to be 1 ohm stable.

I have a 100 amp fuse on the distro block...IT BLEW! I am running 1/2 gain on the amp. Turned my radio up to 25 where this thing was just starting to bump hard for about 3-5 seconds, and the fuse blew...WTF!! This sucks.

Do you guys think it would be dangerous to replace the 100 amp fuse with a 125 amp fuse. I know someone else running this amp with a RF 15" Power HE2 which is dual 1.4 ohm coils...so he is running somewhere around 1/2 ohm, and he has had no problems...so I DUNNO WHY I HAVE SUCH BAD LUCK!!

ALRIGHT...well after all the input I got I figured out the problem...NOT!!!! THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!!

ANYWAYS.......if any of you are curious. For whatever reason...I replaced the fuse and put in a 100 amp breaker box, and it no longer shuts off or cuts out.... for what reason I dont know, but it sure has me convinced that breaker box is better quality than a fuse.

yeah, about those panel saws, there are different sizes of racks to hold the wood along with different saw sizes. For a cheaper one like in the picture, 500$, for a 1hp 12"blade saw capable of a 6ft wide sheet is more like 1500$. But the problem is that they dont cut angles, only miters. The only reason i use a panel saw to cut down the sheet of wood enough so i can work on it at a table saw. Bc the tablesaw is alot easier along with with more percise.

I figure out my measurements before I head to to the store. I add a couple of inches to all my dimensions, and have them cut the mdf into managable size pieces. Then take it home and trim it up on the table saw. Easier to handle that way. And even if there cutting skills **** ( usually do ) I can clean em' up. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
