wow, that is cheap, here in vegas you are looking at about a quarter mill for a decent 3 bedroom house in a middle class area.yes they do...nebraska is one of the cheapest in the nation when it comes to living...u can get a brand new house built for u for 100k
generally yes, most places worst case charge you first and last months rent, and like a small deposit. it really just depends on where your moving and the rules the landlord has in placeso if ur share of rent is say, 225, then u would be pretty safe to save 450-500 dollars before moving out??
