well I'm movin out next week

aug 1st baby!!!! cant wait to get out. i have to pay first months rent and 300 in deposits but owell. 325 rent +electric+internet+cable=around 400 a month for a 650^3ft apartment with 1 bed 1 bath. not bad 5 minutes from campus. i cant fvcking wait!!

My deposit was a months rent...I pay 285 a month for my house, and I have 2 roommates that pay the same. Do you have to pay for utilities, etc?

Most places I've lived at require one month's rent extra for deposit. So you can expect to pay double for the first month when moving in, but you get it back when you move out. As for utilities, you should check with others that live in your building, unless you're lucky enough to have them included with your rent price.

yes they do...nebraska is one of the cheapest in the nation when it comes to living...u can get a brand new house built for u for 100k

Jeez... you must be living near U of M to pay that much. Or maybe I'm just not in tune to how much it costs out there anymore. I remember Highland Park area had some apts. that were $680 for a single bedroom, so maybe I'm just dumb.

In oakdale, its a pretty **** nice place, little over 1000 sq ft , got a heated parking spot too .
