Low cost of living FTW! Pretty nice places to with close to 1000sqft. My house which my parents had apraised at 150, 000 years ago. Well house is still in there name and all for now. I just pay them the monthly bills which are right around 400 for da house and about 275 for the utilities.  So 675 for a 3 bedroom house with a brand new Garage I just had built and new cement driveway, just done as well. Its gonna **** to get it in my name next year. Eeekkkkkk! Payments probably will go up. But parents said they would sell it for me around 60k. WOOT!</p></blockquote><p></p>
